Refund and Cancellation Policy

Attendee cancellations

If you are unable to attend, refunds will be provided in accordance with the following schedule:

• More than 60 days prior to the event:
  Full refund, less any non-refundable booking or transaction fees.

• 30–60 days prior to the event:
  50% refund.

• Less than 30 days prior to the event:
  No refund.

Registrations may be transferred to another eligible attendee with prior written approval, subject to any venue or accommodation requirements.

Event changes or cancellation

Critical Care Links reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue issues, weather, speaker availability, or other unforeseen events. In the event of cancellation by Critical Care Links, registration fees will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation expenses.

Accommodation and third-party services

Where registration includes accommodation or other third-party services, refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider. Any non-refundable components will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
