Our CPD offering will aim to be built around high-quality, peer-led education for medical professionals working in the critical care fields. The learning is to be delivered in small, curated groups, allowing meaningful discussion, case-based learning, and honest sharing of real-world practice. Sessions are facilitated by experienced clinicians, focused on clinically relevant topics, emerging evidence, and decision-making at the bedside. By prioritising depth over volume, we create an environment where education is practical, engaging, and directly applicable to daily clinical work

Our Vision

Drawing on proven scheduling models from leading lifestyle-based medical retreats, education sessions are delivered in the early morning and late afternoon. This structure preserves the integrity of the academic program while creating generous space during the day for golf and leisure, allowing learning, connection, and recreation to coexist seamlessly.
